Activities of Daily Living
Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and gentle mobility support — provided with patience and dignity.
Meals & Nutrition
Three home-cooked meals daily plus snacks, adapted to dietary needs and the foods each resident actually loves.
Medication Management
Trained caregivers handle medication scheduling, reminders, and coordination with each resident's providers.
Memory & Specialized Care
Supportive routines for residents living with dementia, within the scope of our DSHS specialty designation.
Laundry & Housekeeping
Personal laundry, room cleaning, and shared-space upkeep — all included, never piecemeal.
24-Hour Supervision
A caregiver is awake and on-site every hour of every day, with nursing support available as needed.
Social & Recreation
Gardening, music, gentle exercise, holiday traditions, and time on the porch — life, not just care.
Transportation Coordination
We coordinate medical-appointment rides and family visits with local providers and family schedules.
Compliance note: Services are limited to the scope of our Washington DSHS Adult Family Home license. We do not provide skilled nursing beyond delegated tasks. Specialty designations on file: dementia care.
